KICT SOFTWARE (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/838072/07) operates this website online in South Africa. This notice explains the information collected through the website and how it is used.

Information you provide

If you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, selected topic and message so we can respond. If you subscribe to KICT updates, we collect your email address so we can send newsletters you requested. You can ask us to remove your subscription at any time using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter.

Where information is stored

When the website is connected to its database, form submissions and subscriber addresses are stored in the KICT Supabase project. Newsletter emails are sent using Resend only after an administrator chooses to send a published update. The public website does not collect student face images or biometric records for the SMART ATTENDANCE project.

How we use it

We use the information to reply to your request, manage potential service or partnership enquiries, and send the updates you asked to receive. We do not sell the contact details submitted through these forms.

Your choices and questions
